What You Need to Get Started:
- Copy of Certificate of Authority
- Proof of Insurance Certificates (** We require at least $1,000, 000 in Liability and at least $100,000 in Cargo coverage.)
- A signed W-9
- Completed and Signed Dispatch-Carrier Agreement
